Returns & Refunds 🎁

  • We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@rosebear.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Refund Process 🔄

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Damaged or Defective Items ⚠️

  • If your Rosebear arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at sakivlotv@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will send you a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
  • We may require you to return the damaged item, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges 🔄

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your Rosebear for a different color or style, please follow the return process and place a new order.

Non-Refundable Items ❌

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on items that have been used, opened, or are not in their original packaging.
  • Personalized or custom items are also non-refundable.
